BENEFIT: A transformative and restorative no-impact workout that incorporates mat and standing exercises to reshape the body. The class engages major muscle groups isometrically then targets smaller muscles to create a lean, defined, functional physique and peak fitness. Core work and strengthening are integral components of the BeneFit method. This class is for men and women of all fitness levels and is varied weekly to keep it fun and challenging.
HORIZONTAL CONDITIONING: Horizontal Conditioning is a unique way of toning your body from head to toe, from the inside out. It is core and so much more. All you need is your body weight with a few more props will be all the resistance you will need. Moves are basic, but very challenging.
INTERVAL TRAINING: A multi impact class. The cardio portion is varied with intervals of strength training to keep the body lean and mean. If you want a class that is never quite the same…this is the one for you.
PILATES: Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, while strengthening the deep torso muscles.
SPIN CONDITIONING: This class is fully loaded, one stop shopping for your fitness needs! Enjoy 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of muscle conditioning, and 10 minutes of flexibility exercises combined into one intense hour of hard work and fun. Class format will be intervals or full blocks of cardio and muscle conditioning. You will burn a lot of calories, tone your body, and loosen your hamstrings.
YOGA: Good for the mind, body and soul, this stress-reliever will help improve body awareness and flexibility through the Yoga tradition. Take the class to enhance muscle tone, or to compliment your outdoor activities and regular exercise routine.
Advanced Yoga: A class for those who have been practicing Yoga regularly, and are ready to further challenge themselves. Participants are expected to come consistently as the class will progress towards deeper postures every week.
Beginner Yoga: A class for those who are just starting out in Yoga, as well as those who want to progress at a slower pace.
Yoga Foundations: Moving slowly and with purpose. Discover alignment techniques that will help you move safely in and out of your poses. Whether you are long into your yoga journey or just beginning, come practice Yoga Foundations and enjoy a refreshing approach to your yoga practice! This class offers modifications and encourages each individual to listen to their bodies.
ZUMBA: The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! The goal of Zumba is simple: Work out, love working out, and get hooked! Zumba Fanatics achieve long-term health benefits while having a blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.
The Zumba class features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning calories. Add some Latin flavor and international zest and you've got a Zumba class! You do not need to know how to dance to enjoy this class.
