Steve Gerhardt
Steve is a certified Spin Instructor and Personal Trainer through Mad Dog Athletics. He is also a Personal Fitness Trainer through American Aerobic International & International Sports Medicine Association. Steve competes regularly in running events as well as triathlons. He has a passion for health and helping others achieve their physical fitness goals.
Hilary Welch-Petrowski
Hilary is a certified Clinical Exercise Specialist with The American College of Sports Medicine. She helps clients identify and achieve their health and fitness goals, and provides a safe, individualized total body conditioning program. Her training expertise is with the elderly, clients with heart disease or at risk of disease, and those recovering from orthopedic injuries.
Lisa Woods
Lisa has worked in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years and enjoys motivating people and encouraging them to work past their fears and insecurities. She holds certifications from the YMCA, Cooper Institute and Yogafit.
